Laura RS Hey Gita, sounds like a very smart goal to get into running. I started with a 5k to boost myself to do my first half! That was 4 yrs ago and 3 half marathons ago... Let me know if you need any training tips and such.

likes5K runI'm trying to become a runner (but not very successful yet!) and wanted to try out a couple of local 5Ks. They also have 1/2 marathons - but no way I could do that. Anybody else interested?... -
Laura RS Hey Jennifer! Yes, we were at the picnic tables and the groups started heading out at 9:40 to 9:50... Now you know where to go so it'll be a breeze next time!
