I love hiking, trail running, road and mountain biking, bouldering, and canoe/kayaking. The national parks along the Chattahoochee river are great for after work trail running.

"For a "Wilderness Survival" weekend, the "Survival" way of camping will be to not use a tent or sleeping bag! Sleeping in just a large garbage bag will keep a person warm! If you really want to sleep soundly, use 2 garbage bags."
