If you are looking for a great workout, learn to do something new or a refresher course and have a little fun then then come on out and join the fun.

These classes are for "ladies only" and designed to bring out the diva as you have fun toning the muscles and losing inches. Yea, we'll be ready for bikini season!

Belly dancing fuses the best aspects of a girls night out with a workout that will have you shaking, shimmying and unwittingly shaping and strengthening your core muscles.

We'll do a beginner class learning technical skills through choreography so we leave the 6 week course with a complete routine- a belly dance- full of patterns and combinations your body can weave together into it's own tapestries.

Beginner Technique
Tuesday's 7:30-8:30 p.m.
January 26th through March 2nd

Email [masked], tell them you are with Outdoor Adventure Club of the South and you want to pay for the Tuesday, 7:30-8:30 p.m. class beginning 1/26. You will receive an invoice telling you how to pay via paypal. Once this is done you will receive a gift certificate to bring to class. THIS HAS TO BE DONE BY January 23rd. THREE DAYS BEFORE CLASS BEGINS.

So come on RSVP only if you plan to do it, they've only given us a few spots, send your email to get the pay process going and then we'll do a little dancing and have a little diva fun!

Afterward we could go for a drink, outside of course as we are an outdoor adventure club. (Have to make the boss happy)

What to bring: lightweight workout clothes or leotards.
socks or jazz or ballet practice shoes. No tennis shoes

*Also, ladies, we need a dance venue - studio, basement etc. on the north side of town, Alpharetta, Marietta, Kennesaw. One of our very own OACS members has agreed to show us a few salsa moves and a few other diva like moves. Will be alot of fun. Classes to venue owner will be free and studio or basement will be put back together after class. The size of class will depend on venue owner and size of room. If interested send me an email.
